Nana Yaw Asante
– Managing Director
Nana Yaw Asante is a seasoned Auditor who worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (Pwc) in the USA for 8 years. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, USA. At Pwc he was a Forensic Auditor for two years, a Tax Advisor for one year and a Senior Compliance Consultant. He is a seasoned business and auditing professional who brings a fresh and aggressive business approach to RIKAIR. He worked with Newmont Ghana Gold Limited as the Compliance Manager from March 2012 to October 2012. He assumed position of CEO of RIKAIR in October 2012.
– General Manager
Philip Creech-Jones, with over 10 years of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Service experience, joined RikAir’s Business Development Department in June 2015. Philip worked with a multinational gas company for 12 years serving in various roles as Customer Service Manager/Welding Business Developer.
Philip also worked as the main facilitator & Trainer for Air Liquide Ghana’s Welding Safety Outreach and training programmes for Artisans and Companies for 2014 & 2015.
Philip has participated in various training programmes and Seminars in Ghana, South Africa, Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal and Mali. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Communications Studies (Public Relations Option) and a Diploma in Communications Studies awarded by the University of Ghana and the Ghana Institute of Journalism respectively. He also holds an Advanced Executive Certificate in Business Administration (Project Management Option) from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership.
– Manager, Health-Tech Services
Daniel Essel is one of the leaders as far Health Technology, medical gas piping for oxygen, nitrox, vacuum and air here in Ghana. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in the medical sector, working with reputable companies such as Air Liquide Ghana, as the Head of Medical section. Daniel trained in France and Italy and ultimately relocated to Ghana to use his experience to help Ghana’s health sector. His expertise also included education of health officials on improving the maintenance culture in Ghana as well as improving safety concerns in our medical facilities.
– Finance Manager
Lazarus Lamptey is a qualified chartered accountant with experience in leading financial strategy to facilitate company’s growth plans. He has a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high paced organisation. Lazarus utilizes keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organisational improvements and best practices.
Prior to joining Rikair, Lazarus was the General Manager/Group Head of Operations of TV3, Allianz Insurance Limited Ghana as The Chief Finance Officer, Head of Finance and Investment for Equity Assurance Limited and Chief Finance Officer for First National Savings and Loans.
– Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental
George Sefa Boateng over 26 years in the Gas industry runs Rikair’s Health, Environmental Safety department, conducting audits on all commercial projects including mining clients. George holds qualifications, which include, MSc. Mechanical Engineering, Pg. Dip. Industrial Management, QMS ISO 9001-2008 – Lead Auditor. Prior to joining Company Limited, He spent 23 years at Air liquide Ghana. His responsibilities included, Quality Management Systems, Sales Manager in Charge of Equipment (Welding, Medical, Fire, Gas, Installations, PSA Plants), Quality, Health Safety and Environmental Manager, Risk Management Representative AL Ghana, Welding and Related Processes Consultancy. George Has also worked on projects which include, 10tpd PSA Gas Plant Installation at Ashanti Gold Ghana Limited, 10tpd PSA Gas Plant Installation at Newmont Ahafo Kenyasi Mine, 5tpd PSA Gas Plant Installation at Owere Mines, Konongo, 7tpd Liquid Oxygen Plant Installation at Air Liquide Ghana, 50kg CO2 Plant Installation at Air Liquide Ghana, Argon Filling Plant at Air Liquide Ghana.
